  • HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

    Provided that your item is in stock, it will be dispatched via courier within 2 working days. You will be updated with tracking details once your item ships.

  • MY ORDER HASN'T SHIPPED YET AND IT'S BEEN A FEW DAYS.

    Send us a quick message via email or social media. Be sure to provide your name and order number so we can track things quickly.

  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    Currently we service the New Zealand and Australia markets. If you’re based in another country and wish to order something from us, please get in touch via email or social media. We may be able to arrange a special order.

  • CAN I CLICK AND COLLECT MY ORDER?

    Unfortunately, we are not currently set up to process click-and-collect orders. We do plan to expand to allow this in the future, but until then you can expect a quick and cost-effective courier delivery service.

  • MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED. WHAT CAN I DO?

    Uh oh! Please get in touch with us asap and we will track that down for you. Around holidays and busy seasons shipping can be significantly delayed, but you should still receive your item within 7 working days.

  • MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    In the unlikely event that your order does appear to be damaged on arrival, please take a few photos of the package in the state it was received in. You should then open the box and check the internal contents. If any of your items are damaged, please get in touch with us.
