  • Where are your products manufactured?

    It depends on the individual product. Many of our products are manufactured in small production runs right here in New Zealand. Others are sourced from offshore factories.

  • How can I contact you directly?

    The best way to get in touch is via email or through one of our social media channels. We check these frequently (usually instantly).

  • Can I return a product I have purchased?

    Absolutely! If you’re unhappy with your purchase or it has failed to perform as it should, please get in touch to let us know. For full return criteria, please see our warranty & repairs policy.

  • Do you have a physical store?

    Unfortunately, we are not currently set up to process in-store sales. We do plan to expand to allow this in the future, but until then you can expect a quick and reliable courier delivery service.

  • Can I become a Falko Ambassador?

    We’re always on the look out for people who love our gear and share our vision.     We’re based in New Zealand in the Bay of Plenty. With plenty of back-country and wilderness areas around us, we’re in the perfect setting for gear testing and outdoor adventures.
