OUR PRODUCTS ARE BUILT TOUGH, BUT THEY AREN’T INDESTRUCTIBLE.
There’s no product in the world that will stand up completely to intentional misuse or neglect, therefore we won’t be able to cover items that have clearly been abused or misused.
In saying that, mistakes happen; it’s part of life. So if you’ve done something dumb and it’s damaged your gear, get in touch and we’ll see how we can help.
THE ENVIRONMENTS OUR PRODUCTS ARE DESIGNED FOR ARE ROUGH, UNPREDICTABLE, AND NOTORIOUSLY HARSH ON EQUIPMENT.
Over the years your gear will fade, scuff, scratch, and wear. Because of this, we cannot cover faults caused by general wear and tear.
But if you’ve used the gear enough to wear it out, we’d consider you part of the family, so get in touch, we might be able to organise a replacement at a fair price.
